Refund & Booking Policy
  • No Refunds on Completed Services:
    All detailing services are non-refundable once completed.

  • Satisfaction Policy (Rework First):
    Any issues must be reported within 24 hours. We will provide a rework of the affected area before considering further action.

  • Deposits / Booking Fees:
    Deposits are non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment. Deposits may be transferred with proper notice.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows:
    Failure to show or late cancellation may result in loss of deposit.

  • Expectation of Results:
    Results are improvement-based and not guaranteed to be perfect.
